Overview

University of Nueva Caceres (UNC) offers a variety of scholarships, grants, and discounts to support students in achieving their academic goals. These programs are designed to recognize academic excellence, support financially needy students, and encourage participation in extracurricular activities.

Entrance Scholarships

Eligibility: Senior High School graduates from Department of Education-recognized schools with at least 50 graduates.

Scholarship Details:

- Rank 1: 100% Tuition Fee Scholarship

- Rank 2: 50% Tuition Fee Scholarship

Requirements:

- Photocopy of Form 138

- Certification with the school's dry seal from the Principal or Authorized Official attesting the rank

- Copy of the Graduation Program

President Jaime Hernandez Scholarship (PJHS)

Eligibility: Twenty incoming freshmen students with high scores in the scholarship screening process conducted by UNC.

Scholarship Details:

- 100% Tuition Fee Scholarship

- Maintenance Requirement: General Weighted Average (GWA) of 1.40 and above

Academic Achievement Scholarship

Eligibility: Students with excellent academic performance in the previous semester.

Scholarship Details:

- GWA 1.00 – 1.20: 100% Tuition Fee Scholarship

- GWA 1.21 – 1.30: 75% Tuition Fee Scholarship

- GWA 1.31 – 1.40: 50% Tuition Fee Scholarship

Band Scholarship

Eligibility:Qualified members of the Marching Band who pass the screening process.

- 100% Tuition Fee Scholarship

Eligibility: Members of the Beat and Pep Squads endorsed by the Sports Development Office.

- 25% to 50% Tuition Fee Scholarship

Majorette Corps Scholarship

Eligibility: Qualified members of the Majorette Corps who pass the screening process.

Student Assistants Program

**Eligibility:** Financially needy but deserving students who render duty in different workstations at UNC.

Scholarship Details:

- 100% Tuition Fee Grant
