What is the community?
PinnedThe Help Center community is organized by topics, which serve as top-level containers for posts and comments. Posts can include tips, feature requests, or questions, while comments provide a space for observations, clarifications, praise, or other responses typical of community discussions.
Note:
- Topics vs. Articles: Topics are the primary categories that organize posts in the community. Do not confuse them with articles, which are separate content pieces within the Help Center.
- Posts: These are individual contributions that fall under a specific topic. They can share tips, request new features, or ask questions.
- Comments: These are responses to posts and can include additional insights, clarifications, positive feedback, or any other form of community interaction.
You can use search or you can browse the topics and posts using views and filters. See Getting around the community.
We created a few common topics as placeholders to help you get started. You can delete the topics and add your own. To learn how, see Managing community topics.
